Our Dive Shop has Moved But Our Boat Hasn't - Our dive shop is now located about a block away from the boat at 640 E. Ocean Ave. in the Ocean Plaza right next to Cafe Frankie's. For those of you who have been following our story, we had to move because the Community Redevelopment Agency said we had to.
On the bright side, while the shop is a block further away from the boat, we have more space and there is lots of room for parking. And we are working on the logistics so that when you are diving you will not be inconvenienced. |

The Splashdown is a U.S. Coast Guard certified, 38 foot Delta custom dive boat that operates out of Boynton Beach, Florida. Owned and operated by Captain and Marine Biologist Lynn Simmons, the Splashdown features some of the best drift diving and wreck diving in Florida.

Departure Time - The times shown above are departure times. Please plan to be at the shop at least a half hour before departure time to allow sufficient time to check in and get your gear on the boat. For more information on schedules, click here.
Two Tank Trip - We normally do two reef dives because they are the most popular with the locals. But we will do a wreck dive and a reef dive on a first request basis at the time the trip is booked.

Splashdown Diver Friends, We still need your signatures on the petition to enforce the agreement between the Boynton Beach CRA and Palm Beach County that says the Marina cannot be materially altered in it's structures AND it's uses. As of December 31, when the dive shop vacated the marina area, the CRA was in default of at least part of this commitment. It's still wrong! Please say so. And if you can attend the county commission meeting on January 24, public presence and comments may convince them to hold to their contract.
